US Communities:

US Communities Government Purchasing Alliance is a nationwide purchasing cooperative that many cities and towns have joined.  This allows communities to get great products at the best prices all the while bypassing the time-consuming and expensive bid process.

Massachusetts State Contract FAC54:

As a Massachusetts Statewide Contract Holder, O’Brien and Sons is able to provide our clients with Recycled Plastic Lumber and Other Recycled Plastic and Rubber Products under FAC54 at a discounted price that bypasses the bidding process.

MHEC is a non-profit purchasing consortium that consists of over 88 New England Public and Private Colleges and Universities.  Any member of this consortium can purchase off this contract.

SOMWBA Certified Woman Business Enterprise

The State Office of Minority and Women Business Assistance (SOMWBA) is an agency within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that helps to promote the development of business enterprises owned and operated by women and minorities.  We are listed in both the SOMWBA Directory and in the Massachusetts Central Register.

Due to the new Construction Reform Law, Chapter 193 of the Acts of 2004 municipalities must incorporate Women and Minority Business Enterprises (M/WBE) goals into their design and construction procurement for municipal contracts that includes funding by the Commonwealth.
